记者从11月28日召开的新闻发布会上获悉,2020甘肃(兰州)智慧农业展览会正式启动筹备,定于2020年5月23日正式开展。今年8月,首届甘肃智慧农业展览会在兰州开幕,收到了良好的反响。活动承办方负责人李峰介绍,2020年甘肃(兰州)智慧农业展览会将会在往届的基础上,规模更大,品质更高,更加国际化。据了解,展会将邀请更多互联网大数据方面的企业,促进互联网大数据与智慧农业的对接。对接更多专业协会,提供技术支撑。展厅将更加细分功能区域,对节水设备、植保无人机等单独设置区域进行展示,设置家庭农业展区,提供阳台农业设施,让人们在家中就能体验智慧农业的乐趣。展会还将新增扶贫成果展示区和室外大型现代农业机械展区。

[科技报告] Copernicus Sentinel Data Access 2018 Annual Report 进入全文

This is the fourth such report published since the start of operations, in October 2014. The report is intended to provide an overview of the Sentinels Data Access System currently in operations and its growth over the preceding years. It contains a wealth of detailed information on the Earth Observation data products made available through it, the demographics of users and their uptake of products, the status of agreements with collaborative and international partners, as well as the evolution of the System over the years and the outlook for the future.  The 2018 reporting year has been one of consolidation and growth. With the launch of Sentinel-3B on 24 April 2018, the first generation of the Sentinel-1, -2, -3 and 5p satellites are now all in orbit and operational and, at the end of the year, the final data flows to end users were being prepared for routine operations. The system is therefore approaching a level of maturity and it is perhaps insightful, at this stage, to look at the growth that has taken place over the last few years. By the end of the 2016 reporting year there were just over 50,000 registered users, a figure which has risen nearly four-fold to close to 200,000 by the end of 2018; there were just over one million products published by the end of 2016, whereas now there are 13 million (with the 10 millionth product being published on 2 August 2018); and, while 12 PiB of downloads had been made by the end of 2016, by the end of 2018 there have been 87 PiB. These impressive increases again highlight how successful the Data Access System has been in reaching a global audience, and how users continue to respond enthusiastically to the extensive and increasing data offer of freely available Sentinel data products. By the end of 2018, the Copernicus Sentinel Data Access System operated for ESA was publishing over 26,500 new products per day, a volume of roughly 15 TiB, and delivering on average 166 TiB in daily downloads.

“通过检测分析植物散发的气味,就可以判断它的生长情况。通过这套系统,还能将植物气体浓度的数据上传至云端,管理人员通过手机APP,就可远程调控植物气体浓度,从而促进植物健康生长。”在日前举行的浙沪田园五镇青年农创大赛上,来自浙江农林大学的参赛选手周炜翔介绍“农场云”农业检测系统,让现场专家和观众惊叹不已。这到底是一个怎么样的监测系统呢? 当人体出现生病症状或者自然衰老时,会散发一些特殊的“气味”。周炜翔说,他们的研发灵感,正是来自这里。他们试想,当农作物在成熟或者得病时,是不是也会散发一些气味呢?可不可以根据散发的气味监测植物生长状况?如果可以,那么是否可以对症下药,采取措施来促进农作物健康生长。他们团队由此入手,在老师的指导下开始对农作物散发的气体进行研究。 为了准确了解农作物,更好地开展研究,周炜翔的研究团队加入了农学专业的同学。在学校农作园里,他们对番茄等植物进行监测。两个半月后,他们发现,根据监测到不同浓度的低脂类化合物,如乙酸乙酯、甲酸乙酯的浓度可以判断果实的成熟程度;根据监测到不同浓度的乙醇或乙烯,可以判断微生物分解和植物成熟腐败的情况,等等。 于是,同学们在此基础上研发出一款基于无线感知和人工智能的“农场云”监测系统。该系统可以通过各种无线传感器采集到农业生产现场的温湿度等环境因素,以及各种农作物生长过程中发挥出来的气体浓度等,精准检测农作物的生长情况,如果浓度过高则会抑制植物呼吸作用,他们便通过手机上的app远程调控大棚中二氧化碳浓度,使植物健康生长。“农场管理人员依靠这套系统就可以远程实时监控农作物生产状况,同时将获取的信息等参数通过网络上传至云端,实现农业生产智能化。”周炜翔说。 今年上半年,在指导老师的帮助下,“农场云”检测系统在杭州富阳科技有限公司对接应用。双方签订合作意向书,授权试用这套监测系统。试用结果表明,通过运用这套系统,公司生产基地的番茄产量提高了20%左右,净利润增加21.4%。“此前,‘农场云’系统主要在学校的农作园里进行小范围实验,当真正生产上应用时,我们还有些紧张,没想到试用的结果还不错,这给了我们很大的信心。”周炜翔说。为让研究成果落地,目前,周炜翔和他的团队成员,正在完善和推广他们的“农场云”农业监测系统,希望能够在更多的领域推广运用,为现代农业的发展贡献一份力量。

今年以来,农业农村部以乡村振兴科技支撑行动为总抓手,大力推进产学研融合、大力推广先进实用技术、大力培育高素质农民,充分发挥科技支撑力量,提升产业基础能力和产业链现代化水平,推动农业农村高质量发展。建设国家现代农业产业科技创新中心,打造科技经济融合新载体。南京、太谷、成都、广州4个科创中心建设取得积极进展,4个科创中心均确立了三大主导产业,大力促进科技与企业、科技与产业、科技与人才、科技与金融、科技与科技等融合,共吸引了200多家高科技企业、200多个高水平科研团队,20多支高水平基金入驻,催生孵化了一批智慧农业、智能制造、绿色投入品创制、农产品精深加工等新型研发机构和新兴产业。加强基础性长期性工作,建立国家农业科学观测体系新架构。初步构建起以11个农业科学观测数据中心为“塔尖”、116个国家农业科学观测实验站为“中坚”、4万个农业生态环境国控监测点为“塔基”的“金字塔”式工作架构,形成了实验观测和定点监测相结合的农业科学观测网络体系。

The near ubiquitous penetration of mobile phones among smallholder farmers in developing countries has enabled a powerful new tool for dispensing agricultural advice to farmers. Low acquisition and marginal costs make digital extension scalable at low cost when compared to traditional in person extension practices. A new paper co-authored by Nobel Prize winner and Precision Agriculture for Development (PAD) co-founder Michael Kremer and his colleagues Raissa Fabregas (University of Texas) and Frank Schilbach (MIT), published today in Science, demonstrates that practices recommended through digital extension are adopted at rates that compare well with those adopted through the course of traditional in-person extension practices, and at significantly lower cost. The paper emphasizes the research utility implicit in digital extension and the potential for research and experimentation to further improve the impact of digital advisory systems and the advice it delivers: "Running these systems at scale allows for testing variations... and feedback loops to improve accuracy and effectiveness of messages over time." The authors posit that realizing the "full promise of digital agriculture... will require sustained cycles of iteration and testing."
